Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by Lakeview Management L.L.C., trading as Red Dragon Fly ("RDF," "we," "us," or "our"), through our websites, Shopify store, customer accounts, digital content, appointment bookings where available, email communications, and customer support. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that maintain their own privacy policies, even when they are linked from our services.

Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect information you choose to provide when you place an order, create an account, join our newsletter, contact customer service, complete a survey, attend an event, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include:

• Name, email address, telephone number, and account details.
• Billing, shipping, and delivery information.
• Order history, product preferences, size selections, and returns information.
• Messages, reviews, survey responses, and other content you submit.
• Communication preferences, consent choices, and appointment-booking information where available.
• Customer identifiers, course enrollments, access status, and playback or progress records used to provide content and apply the terms disclosed before purchase.

Payment information

Payments are handled by payment service providers. Our customer database does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We may receive limited payment details such as card type, the last digits of a card, billing status, and transaction identifiers.

Information collected automatically

When you use our services, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and activity information, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, and the dates and times of visits, campaign tags, cart activity, session activity, and interactions with content or emails. Collection depends on your choices and applicable law.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from delivery carriers, payment providers, analytics partners, advertising partners, social platforms, fraud-prevention providers, and publicly available sources, where permitted by law.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Process, fulfill, deliver, and support purchases.
• Manage accounts, returns, exchanges, and customer requests.
• Personalize product recommendations and improve our website, products, communications, and customer experience.
• Send transactional messages and, with your consent where required, marketing communications.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect our customers, business, and others.

We also use information to provide course access and bookings where available, and to keep records of consent, subscription preferences, playback where relevant, and access changes. RDF does not currently operate an SMS marketing program. An email opt-in does not authorize text-message marketing.

Where required, we rely on one or more legal bases, including performing a contract with you, complying with law, pursuing legitimate business interests, and obtaining your consent.

How we share information

We may share personal information with:

• Service providers that support payments, hosting, analytics, communications, customer service, fraud prevention, fulfillment, delivery, and returns.
• Advertising and marketing partners, subject to your choices and applicable law.
• Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, regulators, law enforcement, and government authorities when reasonably necessary.
• A buyer, investor, or successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business.

Service providers and connected customer systems

Shopify supports our store, checkout, customer records, orders, and related commerce services. Payment and delivery providers receive the information needed to process payments and deliver orders.

Our self-hosted Supabase environment supports customer and order mappings, preferences, consent evidence, digital-access status, and limited technical event records. It does not create a separate customer password or store full payment-card details.

Klaviyo supports email subscriptions, messaging, offer delivery, and related campaign activity. Tevello supports protected course access, enrollments, and learning progress. Google Analytics supports website and commerce measurement. Calendly supports appointment scheduling where available.

Our Shopify store's Privacy Policy includes additional information about Shopify's processing and the choices available through its services.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain advertising or analytics disclosures as a "sale," "sharing," or use for targeted advertising. Where those laws apply, you may opt out as described below.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the website functioning, remember preferences, understand performance, measure campaigns, and provide relevant content. Some technologies are set by partners acting on our behalf.

You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may affect sign-in, checkout, saved preferences, and other site functions. Where available, you can also use our cookie preference controls to manage optional technologies.

Your choices and privacy rights

Communications

You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in any marketing message. We may still send non-promotional communications, such as order, account, security, and service updates.

Privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; receive a portable copy; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of targeted advertising, sales, or sharing.

After verifying a privacy request, we coordinate it across Shopify, RDF Supabase, Klaviyo, and Tevello as applicable. Certain transaction records may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. If we deny a request, you may have the right to appeal by replying to our decision.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, detecting fraud, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, and reporting requirements.

Retention also depends on active product or content access. When information is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymized, or retained only as limited evidence that a privacy request was completed.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and notifying us of suspected unauthorized activity.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian of a child who has provided personal information, contact us to request its deletion.

International transfers

Red Dragon Fly and our service providers may process personal information in countries other than the country where you live. Data-protection laws may differ in those locations. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
